‘PM Modi finished work started by Atal Bihari Vajpayee’

Fadnavis talked the initiatives taken by Vajpayee such as the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yogna as well as the Golden Quadrilateral project. Both these projects helped in the economic revival of the country as well as helped in connecting all the states together.

“Nation building, which is being done by our current Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was infact dreamt by Vajpayee,” said the Deputy Chief Minister.

On Monday, Fadnavis presented the Atal Awards constituted in the name of the late former Prime Minister to senior classical singer Prabha Atre and Pramod Chaudhari, founder chairman of Praj Industries.

Fadnavis also talked about how Vajpayee never gave in to foreign pressure and stood his ground. “While Vajpayee was not an economist but he knew economic policies His projects had helped the country to make progress in the right direction,” said Fadnavis.
